• အရေပြားအတွင်းအလွှာတွင် Melatonin  ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကို လျော့နည်းစေသည်။ အသားအရေကို ခရမ်းလွန်ရောင်ခြည်ဒဏ်မှကာကွယ်ပေးသည်။ ဝက်ခြံများကို လျော့ချပေးပြီး အသားအရေကို အားဖြည့်ပေးသည်။
