Actions & Indications

• Strengthen bones & prevents fractures.
• Most women older than 35 years need extra calcium and vitamin D. Vitamin D helps in absorption of calcium. Osteoporosis can be prevented with taking calcium and vitamin D & increase bone mineral density.

Dosage

• 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by the physician
