Actions & Indications

• It belongs to a class of antihistamine that helps to reduce allergic symptoms by preventing the effects of a substance called histamine ,which is produced in the body.
• It is indicated for the relief of nasal & ocular symptoms of seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis.
• It is also used for the relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Dosage

• Child (2-6 years)- 2.5mg twice daily
• Child (7-12 years)- 5mg twice daily
• Adult(over 12 years)-10mg once daily.

• Somnolence
• Fatigue
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Eye accommodation disorders
• Dry mouth

• Histamineဓါတ်ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ ဆေးတမျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး ဓါတ်မတည့်ခြင်းတွေကြောင့် ခံစားရနိုင်တဲ့ ယားယံခြင်း၊ နှာရည်ယိုခြင်း၊ မျက်ရည်များထွက်ခြင်း နဲ့ နှာချေဆတ်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကုသဖို့အတွက် အများဆုံး အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
• အင်ပြင်အဖုအပိန့်တွေကြောင့် ယားယံခြင်းကို ကုသပေးဖို့လည်း အသုံးပြုပါသည်။

သောက်သုံးရန်အညွှန်း

• အသက် 2 နှစ်မှ 6 နှစ်အရွယ် ကလေးများ -2.5 mg တစ်နေ့ ၂ ကြိမ်။
• အသက် 7 နှစ်မှ 12နှစ်အရွယ် ကလေးများ -5 mg တစ်နေ့ ၂ ကြိမ်။
• လူကြီးနှင့်အသက် 12 နှစ်အထက် အရွယ်ကလေးများ-10mg တစ်နေ့ တစ်ကြိမ်။
