Actions & Indications

• Ketoconazole cream is indicated as a primary agent in the topical treatment of Tinea corporis (ringworm of the body) and Tinea cruris (ringworm of the groin, jock itch), Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), Tinea versicolor, Candidiasis and seborrheic dermatitis.

Dosage

• To the affected skin and surrounding areas, once a day.
• Candidiasis, cutaneous and Seborrheic Dermatitis – To the affected skin and surrounding areas, once a day. More resistant cases may require twice a day treatment.
• Tinea corporis and Tinea cruris should be treated for at least 2-4 weeks. Candida and Pityriasis versicolor should be treated for at least 2-3 weeks.
• Seborrheic dermatitis should be treated for at least 4 weeks or until clinical clearing occurs. Tinea pedis should be treated for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Potential Side Effects

• Itching, stinging or irritation not present before therapy.

သုံးစွဲပုံဆေးညွှန်း

• အရေပြားတွင် လိမ်းရန်သာဖြစ်သည်။ လူကြီး – ပွေး၊ ညှင်း – ဖြစ်သောနေရာနှင့် ဘေးပတ်လည်ကို တစ်နေ့တစ်ကြိမ်၊ မက်ခရုနှင့် အရေပြားရောင်ရမ်းခြင်း – ဖြစ်သောနေရာနှင့် ဘေးပတ်လည်ကို တစ်နေ့တစ်ကြိမ်၊ မသက်သာပါက တစ်နေ့ (၂) ကြိမ်ထိ လိမ်းနိုင်သည်။
• မက်ခရုကို ကုသရာတွင် ၂ ပတ်၊ ပွေး၊ ညှင်းအတွက် ၄ ပတ်၊ အရေပြား ရောင်ရမ်းခြင်းအတွက် ၄ ပတ်၊ ခြေဝဲစားခြင်းအတွက် ၄ – ၆ ပတ် ကြာသည်အထိ၊  အခြေအနေမတိုးတက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပိုဆိုးလာခြင်းရှိပါက ဆရာဝန်နှင့် သေချာတိုင်ပင်ပြသရမည်။
