Actions & Indications

• Life-C contains Vitamin C which helps in maintenance of good health. It has a role in maintaining to enhance Immune defense, wound healing, normal development and maintenance of healthy teeth, gums, bones and cartilage.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12 years of age: Allow to dissolve the tablet in a glass of water. Drink as soon as tablet dissolves, preferably during the morning meal or lunch. The dosage is 1 effervescent tablet daily.

• There is no potential side effects with the recommended dosage.
