• Vitafusion SleepWell is made with Melatonin and designed to help increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restrictions or altered sleep schedules.

Dosage

• Adults: Take 2 gummies once a day, at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
• For jet lag use: Take 2 gummies once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation on the new daily pattern.

Potential Side Effects

• There is no potential side effects with the recommended dosage. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
