It is a combination drug of pantoprazole & domperidone.
Pantoprazole, the proton pump inhibitor is superior in relieving the symptoms associated with dyspepsia. In addition, Pantoprazole also prevents recurrences.
Domperidone, a peripherally acting dopamine (D2)receptor antagonist, has antiemetic effect.
It is used in dyspepsia ,non ulcer dyspepsia (NUD), reflux like dyspepsia, ulcer like dyspepsia , heartburn, gastritis, nausea and vomiting.
