The role holder is responsible for delivering high-quality primary healthcare services to employees of medium- and large-sized companies.
This includes promoting wellness initiatives, managing workplace health concerns, conducting health education talks and webinars, visiting
workplaces, and providing guidance on safety procedures and health precautions.
Requirements
- ▪ M.B.B.S with strong clinical diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- ▪ Valid medical license/registration.
- ▪ Minimum [3] years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient setting.
- ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ▪ Empathetic, professional, and patient-centered
- ▪ Familiarity with occupational health, preventive care, and wellness practices.
- ▪ Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general outpatient consultations and primary care to employees through in person and online consultations.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses, minor workplace injuries, and emergencies
- Administer vaccinations and manage chronic disease cases.
- Conduct health screenings, medical check-ups, and fitness-for-work assessments.
- Offer health counseling and promote wellness programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and refer patients for specialist care when needed.
- Monitor workplace health risks and assist in health assessments.
- Provide first aid support when necessary.
- Support HR and management with return-to-work planning, medical leave reviews, and health policy compliance and claims
- Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and basic office tools.
