The role holder is responsible to support clinic day-to-day operations by providing primary care, assist with minor treatments, support wellness initiatives, and play a key role in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors in providing general outpatient care to employees.
- Perform basic medical assessments, vital signs monitoring, and wound care.
- Administer prescribed medications, vaccines, and first aid as needed.
- Support wellness programs, including health screenings and immunization drives.
- Respond to minor injuries or emergencies in the workplace and initiate appropriate care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate referrals and liaise with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Conduct employee health education and awareness activities.
- Assist in monitoring workplace hygiene and safety compliance.
Must Have
- 1.Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or Master of Nursing Science (MNSc)
- 2.Valid nursing license/registration
- 3.Minimum [3] years of experience, preferably in a clinic or health setting.
- 4.first aid certification is preferred.
- 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- 7.Familiarity with occupational health,preventive care, and wellness practices.
