Responsibilities
Phlebotomy & Clinical Support
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection following proper protocols
- Label, document, and prepare specimens for lab processing or external testing.
- Assist with wellness programs and health screening events within the workplace.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
Administrative Duties
- Manage clinic appointments, check-ins, and patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal communications.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, filing, and reporting.
Must Have
- ▪ Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or Master of Nursing Science (MNSc)
- ▪ Valid nursing license/registration
- ▪ Certification in Phlebotomy from a recognized training institute.
- ▪ Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (phlebotomy + reception preferred)
- ▪ Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, EMR systems, etc.)
- ▪ Strong communication, and multitasking skills.
- ▪ High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
