Coveram is a combination of medicines that are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Perindopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor & Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB).This relaxes the blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. A lower blood pressure will increase the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.

Coveram သည် သွေးတိုးရောဂါ ကိုကုသရန်အသုံးပြုသောဆေးဝါးများဖြစ်သည်။ Perindopril သည် angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor ဖြစ်ပြီး Amlodipine သည် calcium channel blocker (CCB) ဖြစ်သည်။ ၎င်းသည်သွေးကြောများကိုဖြေလျော့ပေးပြီးသွေးပေါင်ချိန်ကိုလျော့နည်းစေသည်။ သွေးပေါင်ချိန်နိမ့်ခြင်းသည် သွေးနှင့်အောက်ဆီဂျင်ကိုနှလုံးသို့ရောက်ရှိစေနိုင်သည်။
