When used as a meal replacement, mix 4 spoons (±60 g) of Diabetasol into 200 ml warm water, stir gently until dissolved. When used as an easy snack, mix 2 spoons (±30 g) of Diabetasol into 100 ml warm water, stir gently until dissolved.
