    ချောင်းဆိုးခြင်းနှင့် ဓာတ်မတည့်ခြင်းကို သက်သာစေသော အာနိသင်ပါဝင်ပြီး ဓာတ်မတည့်ခြင်းကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော ချောင်းခြောက်ဆိုးခြင်းအတွက် သင့်လျော်ပါသည်

    Adults and Children above 12 years : 2 teaspoonful (10 mL) 3 times daily.
    Children 6-12 years : 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) 3 times daily.
